Why is the portable solar container pack only 12 volts

Can someone explain to me why a portable power station ( Bluetti, Jackery, VTOMAN etc) isn’t the best choice for an offgrid solar cabin? I can’t build a system with charge controller, inverter and lithium battery (of equivalent storage) for what these units cost.
